Description
The Oxi Power blade is a premium-tier, commercial-grade 32-inch diamond cutting blade engineered for heavy-duty construction applications. Featuring segments that are high-strength silver-brazed to the steel core, this blade delivers highly stable and secure cutting operations under severe load conditions. It is uniquely engineered to offer a "Butter Cut" experience—meaning it slices through ultra-dense materials smoothly with minimal vibration and reduced resistance. Adorned in a highly visible yellow protective coating, the blade features a standard 50mm bore size, allowing seamless compatibility with major industrial floor saws and road-cutting machinery.
Features
:- Premium Silver-Brazed Joints: Ensures exceptional bond strength between the diamond segments and the steel core to eliminate segment loss during high-stress operations.
- Ultra-Smooth "Butter Cut" Geometry: Specifically designed to glide through tough aggregates efficiently, reducing operator fatigue and tool wear.
- High-Visibility Yellow Finish: The corrosion-resistant yellow coat increases site safety visibility while protecting the core from frictional oxidation.
- Industrial Standard Core Layout: Fitted with a precise 50mm center bore to accommodate heavy-duty diesel and electric walk-behind saws.
- Optimized Slit Design: Features integrated cooling gullets that clear out slurry quickly, ensuring cooler operating temperatures and preventing core warping.
Applications
:Roadwork Construction: Cutting expansion joints and repairing asphalt or concrete highways.
- Demolition Work: Heavy slicing of structural walls, concrete slabs, and foundation layers.
- Airport Runway Maintenance: Precision cutting of thick concrete airfield pavements.
- Civil Engineering Projects: Slicing large concrete pipes, culverts, and structural beams.
Usage
:- Mounting Check: Ensure the floor saw is completely powered off before installing the blade. Match the arrow on the blade core with the rotational direction of the machine's spindle.
- Secure Alignment: Clean the arbor flanges thoroughly, place the 50mm bore neatly onto the shaft, and tighten the locking nut securely using the factory-provided wrench.
- Wet-Cutting Mode: Connect a continuous water feed to both sides of the blade to minimize hazardous concrete dust and keep the silver-brazed segments cool.
- Operation Technique: Let the blade reach its full no-load operational speed before dropping it into the cut. Apply steady forward momentum; do not lean heavily or force the tool through the concrete.
Maintenance
:- Debris Cleanup: After every operational cycle, wash off wet concrete slurry and aggregate paste with fresh water to avoid caked buildup.
- Segment Inspection: Regularly visually inspect the segments for uneven wear patterns, chipping, or signs of overheating (bluish discoloration on the steel core).
- True Core Check: Verify that the core remains perfectly flat and unwarped. Store the blade by hanging it vertically or laying it completely flat on a level surface—never lean it against a wall where it can bend.
- Re-dressing the Blade: If the blade becomes dull or "glazed over" from cutting hard aggregate, run it briefly through a soft, abrasive material like sandstone or asphalt to re-expose fresh diamond grit.
