Description
Take total control of your land preparation with the E Agro D-531 RT(F), a premium 9HP Back Rotary Diesel Power Tiller. Powered by the industrial-grade 186FA 4-stroke diesel engine, this machine is engineered for maximum stability and soil pulverization. Unlike front-tine tillers, the Back Rotary (Rear-Tine) design features a dedicated drive system for the wheels and a separate high-speed rotation for the rear blades. This configuration prevents the machine from "jumping" on hard ground and provides a much finer tilth. Equipped with an electric self-start system, the D-531 RT(F) is the ultimate heavy-duty solution for professional farmers who require precision, power, and ease of use in challenging soil conditions.
Features
:- 9HP 186FA Diesel Powerhouse: A high-displacement 4-stroke engine (approx. 418CC) that delivers massive low-end torque for deep, consistent tilling.
- Rear-Tine (Back Rotary) System: The tines are positioned behind the wheels, allowing the tiller to remain stable while the blades rotate at high RPM to pulverize hard soil into fine tilth.
- Electric Self-Start System: Battery-powered ignition ensures quick, effortless starting every time; features a backup manual recoil for added reliability.
- Independent Drive Wheels: Large, heavy-duty deep-tread rubber tires provide consistent forward traction, while the rear rotary handles the tilling independently.
- Multi-Gear Professional Transmission: Features high/low gear ratios for both the drive wheels and the rotary tines, allowing for precise control over soil texture.
Applications
:- Preparation: Fill the tank with high-quality diesel. Check the 186FA engine oil (15W-40) and the rear rotary gearbox oil.
- Self-Start: Ensure the gear is in neutral, engage the decompression lever (if necessary), and turn the key to start.
- Blade Setting: Adjust the rear rotary depth regulator. Use a shallow setting for weeding and a deep setting for primary land preparation.
- Engagement: Engage the wheel drive to move forward, then engage the rear rotary lever to start the tilling action.
- Operation: Guide the machine with the adjustable handlebars. The back rotary design requires minimal downward pressure as the machine stays balanced on its own.
Usage
:- Primary Land Preparation: Ideal for breaking new, hard ground where front-tine tillers might struggle or bounce.
- Commercial Vegetable Farming: Creates an exceptionally fine seedbed (tilth) perfect for potatoes, onions, and root vegetables.
- Greenhouse Cultivation: The stable rear-tine design allows for high-precision work in enclosed spaces.
- Deep Soil Aeration: Revitalize old soil by turning it over at depths of up to 12 inches to improve nutrient and water penetration.
- Orchard Weeding: Navigate between rows with high stability, ensuring uniform weeding without damaging tree roots.
