Description
The YOZTECH TBA45K is a desktop-style hot glue (thermal) binding machine designed for small offices, schools, and home use to bind documents into professional-looking books or reports without punching holes.
Features
:- No punching required: Unlike spiral or comb binders, this machine does not need pre-punched sheets; pages are simply aligned and glued at the spine.
- Hot melt adhesive system: Uses a glue block (thermal glue stick) that melts and bonds the pages together, giving a clean, professional finish without loose pages or paper scraps.
- Automatic clip / clamp mechanism: Features an automatic clamping system to hold the document firmly during binding, making it safer and easier to use.

Usage
:- You need to wait for the RUN light on the machine operation panel to light up before you can adjust the gear position. Take out the binding file before adjusting.
- Pressing the green button (select) in the middle of the operation panel will adjust the indicator to the I gear and II gear indicators. Light up at the same time to represent 3 gear.
- Press the green button (select) in the middle of the operation panel to adjust the indicator to the I gear and II gear indicators.
- I gear represents more gears 1 gear (suitable for binding 1-3cm file binding)
- II gear represents 2 gear (suitable for 3-5cm file binding)
- The III gear represents 3 gear is designed for voucher binding (please choose 3 gear best for binding accounting documents)
- Gear adjustment is used to speed up the binding time. The higher the gear position, the higher the stability of the addition. The faster the binding is added!
