FARMROOT Farm Sticky Traps (Blue, 15 x 20 cm) are chemical-free, high-tack adhesive traps designed to attract and capture flying insect pests such as whiteflies, aphids, leafminers, and thrips, helping reduce pest populations and minimize pesticide use in vegetables, fruits, and ornamental crops. They are easy to install, eco-friendly, durable, and water-resistant, making them suitable for integrated pest management in open fields and greenhouses. The whitefly densities in the greenhouse with traps were significantly lower than in the greenhouse without traps. In the field, traps did not significantly impact the population dynamics of adult and immature whiteflies. The densities in fields with traps were similar to those without traps. These results suggest that yellow sticky traps can be used as an effective method for controlling whiteflies in the greenhouse and the field.
