Description
Designed for high-precision TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and manual stick (MMA) applications, the Toshweld TIG 200 P AC/DC is a specialized, multi-process inverter welding powerhouse. This equipment, which has an adjustable AC/DC toggle switch and is powered by a reliable multi-card MOSFET architecture, makes it possible to weld reactive metals like aluminum with regular steels. It has a very consistent output current range of 5 to 200 Amps and operates on a typical single-phase 230V line with a 6kVA input capacity. Its High-Frequency (HF) non-contact arc ignition and sophisticated pulse modifications allow operators to precisely control heat penetration, which makes it incredibly efficient at connecting thin profiles of carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum without warping.
Features
:- AC/DC Output Modes: Easily switches between direct current (DC) for deep steel penetration and alternating current (AC) for breaking surface oxides on aluminum.
- Complete Pulse Parameter Matrix: Pre-flow gas, peak current, base current, pulse frequency, pulse width, AC balance, and down-slope time can all be independently configured using dedicated front-panel knobs.
- Non-Contact HF Ignition: By creating an arc instantly without coming into contact with the base metal, a high-frequency pilot arc circuit maintains the tungsten's purity and sharpness.
- By removing constant finger pressure on the torch trigger, the 2T/4T latch controller enhances operational comfort throughout prolonged manufacturing cycles.
- Robust Multi-Card MOSFET Design: Ultra-fast arc adjustment, reliable puddle delivery, and high maintenance accessibility are guaranteed by a robust industrial electronics array.
Applications
:- Aluminum Marine & Architecture: Aluminum boat hulls, brackets, window frames, and bespoke ladder brackets are all expertly welded.
- Stainless Steel Pipe & Fitting Line: Exhaust mufflers, pharmaceutical piping systems, and specialty dairy pipelines all have mirror-finish welding.
- Customizing precision sheets involves cutting small gauges of conductive metal to create custom vehicle panels, electrical covers, and clean brackets.
- General Maintenance Fabrications: Machine stands, iron security gates, and mild steel frameworks all require routine structural stick-welding maintenance.
Usage
:- Before turning on the front power breaker, make sure your utility infrastructure has a correctly grounded single-phase AC 230V supply line.
- Tightly attach your TIG torch gas lead to the front-panel panel fitting and hook your argon shielding gas regulator to the rear connection block.
- Place the return ground clamp directly onto a glossy, smoothed area of your target metal blank that is devoid of any debris, scale, or mill grease.
- To restrict heat dispersion, change the pulse width and frequency matrix by flipping the control panel toggle to "AC" for aluminum stock management or "DC" for regular steel.
- After the weld, let the internal high-speed cooling fan module to run freely to aid in the gradual cooling of the inside copper arrays.
