Usage
:Usage :
- Connect to Air Supply : Attach to an air compressor with a standard fitting (usually 6–8 bar pressure).
- Load the Sealant : Insert the 600 ml sausage pack, cartridge, or bulk material. Secure the cap and nozzle tightly.
- Adjust Air Pressure : Regulate air input using a pressure regulator if needed.
- Test Flow : Trigger lightly to test material flow and adjust speed accordingly.
- Apply Sealant : Position the nozzle at the gap and press the trigger for even application. Maintain steady hand movement for uniform bead.
- Release Trigger to Stop : Flow stops automatically due to air pressure release mechanism.
Maintenance :
- Clean Immediately After Use : Disassemble and clean the barrel and nozzle to prevent cured sealant build-up.
- Lubricate Moving Parts : Apply light oil to the trigger and piston mechanism periodically.
- Check Seals and O-Rings : Replace worn-out gaskets or seals to maintain air pressure integrity.
