Description
Bluepoint AT370 is a 3/8 inch composite air impact wrench designed to deliver strong torque in a compact, lightweight body, ideal for frequent professional use where reduced fatigue and high speed are important. It uses a composite housing with a powerful impact mechanism and offers approximately 10,000 RPM in forward and 11,000 RPM in reverse, giving very rapid fastener rundown and removal.
Features
:- Shot Peen Anvils for improved durability
- Reverse Bias motor provides additional breakaway torque
- 3 position regulator to control power
- One handed forward/reverse lever for user convenience
- Composite housing with aluminum nose combine to deliver a durable, lightweight and balanced unit.
- Twin hammer impact mechanism delivers hard hitting blows to quickly remove stubbom fasteners.
Accessories
:Applications
:- Automotive workshops : Engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and steering fasteners where a 3/8 inch drive is preferred for size and access.
- Motorcycle and powersports service : Chassis, engine covers, and accessory mounts that benefit from compact access and controlled torque.
- General industrial maintenance : Machinery assembly/disassembly, equipment guards, flanges, and medium‑size fasteners in M8–M12 range.
- Fleet and light truck maintenance : Panel, bracket, and drivetrain fasteners that do not require a large 1/2 inch gun but need more power than a mini impact.
Usage
:- Connect the wrench to a clean, regulated compressed‑air supply (typically about 6–8 bar / 90–115 psi at the tool) using suitable hose diameter and couplings to maintain flow.
- Fit the correct impact‑rated 3/8 inch socket; place the socket fully on the fastener before pulling the trigger.
- Use the power regulator and forward/reverse lever to select the required torque and direction; use short bursts and the lowest setting that will do the job, especially when tightening.
- For critical fasteners, use the impact wrench to snug the bolt, then check and set final torque with a calibrated torque wrench.
- After use, disconnect air, add a few drops of air‑tool oil into the inlet if recommended, briefly run to circulate oil, then store the tool clean and dry.
