Accessories
:- Grouting Gun
- Paint Gun
- Precise Nozzle
- Hose Pipe
Applications
:- Spraying wall putty or grouting material on interior/exterior walls.
- Applying paint (water-based, oil-based, primers) on large wall surfaces.
- Coating textured surfaces or uneven masonry.
- Use in residential renovation : walls, ceilings, doors.
- Use in commercial construction: large facades, columns.
- Industrial coatings : for protective coatings, sealers, or epoxies (if compatible with its flow/pressure).
- Decorative finishing : applying textured finishes, renders.
- Maintenance painting : repainting or touch-ups on building exteriors.
- DIY projects : for serious hobbyists or professionals working on small to mid-sized projects.
Usage
:Setup
- Place the sprayer on a stable, level surface.
- Connect the high-pressure hose (choose an appropriate length, up to 10 m).
- Mount the material container (2.5 L) and ensure it is securely fixed.
- Connect to a 220 V power supply.
Priming the Pump
- Before spraying, prime the pump with a small amount of the material (paint or grout) to remove air.
- Purge the system by running the pump and letting the material flow through the gun until it's consistent.
Choosing Nozzle / Tip
- Use the precision nozzle included for fine work.
- For thicker grouting material, ensure the nozzle or tip is compatible with the material viscosity.
Adjusting Pressure
- Start with a lower pressure and gradually increase to reach the desired spray quality.
- Too high pressure might lead to more overspray; too low might cause poor atomization.
Spraying Technique
- Maintain a steady distance from the surface (commonly ~20–30 cm, but varies).
- Move in smooth, overlapping strokes to ensure uniform coverage.
- For corners or tight areas, adjust your angle or move more slowly.
Cleaning After Use
- Immediately after use, flush the system with a compatible cleaning fluid (water for water-based paints, or solvent if needed) to avoid clogging.
- Clean the nozzle, gun, hose, and container thoroughly.
- Disassemble parts if required (as per manual) for deep cleaning.
Maintenance
- Check pump packing and seals periodically.
- Inspect the hose for wear and tear.
- Lubricate or service parts where recommended.
- Store the sprayer in a dry, dust-free place.
Safety Precautions
- Wear protective gear: goggles, gloves, mask / respirator (especially with paints).
- Do not point the spray gun toward people or pets.
- Avoid spraying near open flame or spark (depending on paint / solvent).
- Ensure proper grounding of the machine to avoid electric shocks.
