Description
The Akari 17 mm 1100W Electric Corded Demolition Hammer (APT-DH-840) is a powerful tool designed for heavy-duty demolition tasks. Featuring a 1100W motor, it delivers robust performance with a 17 mm impact rate, making it ideal for breaking concrete and masonry. Its ergonomic design ensures comfort during prolonged use, while the durable construction enhances reliability and longevity in demanding environments.
Features
:- Powerful Motor : 1100W copper motor delivers consistent power for heavy-duty breaking applications.
- High Speed Performance : Operates at 3500 RPM with an impact rate of 1900 BPM for rapid material removal.
- Lightweight Design : At approximately 5kg, it is easy to maneuver, making it ideal for horizontal and overhead work.
- Standard Chuck : Features a standard 17mm hex bit system for quick tool changes and wide accessory compatibility.
- Ergonomic Grip : Designed to reduce vibration and hand fatigue during prolonged use.
Applications
:- Concrete Demolition : Efficiently breaks concrete slabs, walls, and foundations for renovation or removal projects.
- Masonry Work : Ideal for dismantling brick or stone structures, including chimneys and pillars.
- Tile Removal : Facilitates the removal of tiles from walls and floors during renovations.
Usage
:User Instructions :
- Safety Check : Wear safety glasses, gloves, and ear protection. Ensure the switch is off before plugging in.
- Insert Bit : Pull back the locking collar (if applicable) or retainer, insert the 17mm hex shank bit, and ensure it locks securely.
- Positioning : Place the tip of the chisel against the spot you wish to break. Hold the tool firmly with both hands.
- Start : Squeeze the trigger to activate the motor.
- Operation : Apply moderate pressure to keep the bit engaged with the material. Do not lean with your full body weight; let the impact mechanism do the work.
Maintenance :
- Lubrication : Regularly check the grease chamber. Refill with suitable high-temperature grease every 40-50 hours of operation to maintain impact efficiency.
- Carbon Brushes : Inspect the carbon brushes periodically. If they are worn down, replace them immediately to prevent damage to the armature.
- Cleaning : Use a blower to clear dust from the air vents after every use to prevent the motor from overheating.
- Bit Condition : Use sharp chisels. Dull bits reduce efficiency and increase strain on the machine's motor.
