Usage
:User Instructions :
- Preparation : Wear safety glasses, ear protection, gloves, and safety boots. Ensure the power cord is clear of the working area.
- Bit Installation : Pull back the locking mechanism on the tool holder, insert the chisel (flat or pointed), and release to lock it in place.
- Positioning : Place the tip of the chisel on the spot you intend to break. Use the auxiliary handle to stabilize the tool.
- Start Up : Press the On/Off trigger to start the motor. Allow the tool to reach full speed.
- Breaking : Apply steady downward pressure. Let the 20kg weight of the hammer do the work; do not lean excessively on the tool.
- Cool Down : If using for extended periods, take breaks to allow the motor to cool down and prevent overheating.
Maintenance :
- Oil Check : This is a heavy-duty oil-lubricated hammer. Check the oil level window regularly and top up with the manufacturer-recommended oil if low.
- Ventilation : Keep the air vents clear of concrete dust using a soft brush or compressed air after every use.
- Carbon Brushes : Inspect carbon brushes every 50-60 hours of use. Replace them immediately if they are worn down to the limit mark.
- Tighten Screws : Vibration can loosen fasteners over time; periodically check and tighten all visible screws.
