Usage
:User Instructions :
- Safety First : Always wear safety goggles, gloves, and heavy-duty boots.
- Insert the Bit : Pull back the locking mechanism on the chuck, insert the 17mm chisel/bit, and ensure it is locked securely in place.
- Positioning : Place the chisel tip against the surface you intend to break. Hold the main handle with one hand and the auxiliary handle with the other.
- Operation : Squeeze the trigger to start the machine. Apply steady, moderate pressure. Do not force the tool; let the hammer mechanism do the work.
- Shutdown : Release the trigger and wait for the vibration to stop completely before setting the tool down.
Maintenance :
- Lubrication : Check the grease reservoir regularly. Top up with the manufacturer-recommended grease every 50-60 hours of usage to prevent internal wear.
- Carbon Brushes : Inspect carbon brushes periodically. If they are worn down to the limit mark, replace them immediately to protect the motor.
- Clean Air Vents : After every use, use compressed air or a brush to clean dust from the air vents to prevent the motor from overheating.
- Bit Care : Keep your chisels sharp and clean. A dull chisel puts unnecessary strain on the hammer's motor.
