Usage

 :
Step 1 : Prepare Your Grains
  • Start by measuring the quantity of grains you wish to grind. The Aata Maker can handle various grains, but it's best to limit the amount to ensure efficient grinding.
Step 2 : Fill the Drum
  • Pour the grains inside the hopper area. Be cautious not to overload the drum, as this can affect the grinding quality.
Step 3 : Start the Machine
  • Plug in the Aata Maker and switch it on. The grinding blades will start to grind the grains into flour.
Step 4 : Monitor the Grinding Process
  • Keep an eye on the process. Depending on the type and moisture content of the grains, grinding may take anywhere from a few minutes. If necessary, you can stop the machine briefly to check the consistency of the flour.
Step 5 : Collect the Flour
  • Once the desired consistency is achieved, turn off the machine. Scrape the flour from the sides of the drum into a clean container.
Step 6 : Store the Flour
  • Transfer the freshly ground flour into an airtight container. Store it in a cool, dry place to maintain freshness.

Maintenance :
  • Regular Cleaning : After each use, clean the drum and grinding blades with a dry brush or cloth. Avoid using water to wash these components to prevent rusting.
  • Check for Wear : Periodically inspect the grinding stones for wear. Replace them if they become too worn or damaged to ensure consistent grinding.
  • Avoid Overloading : Do not exceed the recommended capacity for grains. Overloading can strain the motor and damage the appliance.
  • Store Properly : When not in use, store the Aata Maker in a safe, dry place to protect it from moisture and dust.
