Usage
:Usage Guidance (How to Use) :
- Set up safely – place the welder on a flat, dry surface with good ventilation.
- Connect power – ensure a 220 V single-phase supply with proper grounding.
- Attach cables – connect electrode holder and earth clamp securely.
- Select electrode – choose 2.5 mm, 3.15 mm, or 4 mm rods based on metal thickness.
- Adjust current – set desired amperage using the control knob (lower for thin materials, higher for thick).
- Start welding – strike the arc and maintain steady motion and distance.
- Monitor duty cycle – avoid continuous use at maximum current; let it cool when necessary.
- Switch off – after finishing, turn off the power, allow the machine to cool, and disconnect safely.
