Usage
:User Instructions :
- Safety First : Always wear safety goggles, gloves, ear protection, and a dust mask.
- Attach Chisel : Insert the desired chisel (flat or pointed) into the chuck until it locks securely.
- Secure Grip : Hold the demolition hammer firmly with both hands, using the main handle and the auxiliary handle.
- Position Tool : Place the chisel tip onto the material you intend to break (e.g., concrete).
- Start Operation : Plug the tool in and press the trigger switch to start breaking. Apply steady, downward pressure without forcing the tool. Let the hammer action do the work.
- Switch Off : Release the trigger and unplug the machine when done.
Maintenance :
- Cleanliness : After each use, wipe down the machine to remove concrete dust and debris. Dust accumulation can damage internal parts.
- Lubrication : Refer to the manufacturer's manual (if available) for specific lubrication points, usually involving grease in the gearbox area, to ensure the hammer mechanism operates smoothly.
- Carbon Brush Check : Regularly inspect the carbon brushes. Replace the brushes when they are worn down to their limit to prevent damage to the motor. A spare pair is included.
- Chisel Condition : Keep the chisels sharp and clean. Replace them if they become severely worn or bent.
- Cord Inspection : Check the power cord and plug for cuts, fraying, or damage before every use. Never use a machine with a damaged cord.
