Usage

 :
  • Preparation: Ensure the container is filled with product and securely capped with an induction-compatible cap that contains a foil liner. Plug the sealer into a power source and allow any necessary warm-up.

  • Setting Adjustment: Based on the container's cap size (20-120mm), material (e.g., HDPE, PET, Glass), and foil liner type, precisely set the induction power and sealing time using the control panel.

  • Sealing Process: For manual models, position the sealing head directly over the capped container, ensuring it is centered. For semi-automatic conveyor models, place the container on the conveyor belt to pass under the induction head. Activate the sealing cycle.

  • Verification: After the sealing process, remove the container and visually inspect the foil seal. It should be uniformly bonded to the container's mouth, appearing smooth, wrinkle-free, and securely attached, indicating a perfect seal.

  • Operation & Shutdown: Continue the sealing process for subsequent containers, periodically checking seal quality. When finished, turn off the machine and unplug it from the power source for safety.


Maintenance
