Brutus (250 ml) is a broad-spectrum, eco-friendly biological insecticide formulated with Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt). It produces crystalline proteins (delta-endotoxins Cry & Cyt), exotoxins, hemolysins, and chitinase that act via stomach action against damaging Lepidopteran insect pests. Upon ingestion, these bioactive toxins dissolve in the alkaline midgut of insects, converting into active peptides that damage the gut lining and cause rapid feeding cessation and mortality. Brutus effectively controls Cotton Bollworm, Diamondback Moth (DBM), Pink Borer, Eggplant Fruit & Shoot Borer, and Thrips across pulses, vegetables, cotton, brinjal, and oilseed crops. Applied at a dosage of 1.5–2 ml per Litre of water (250 ml per acre in 150 Litres of water), it is ideal for Integrated Pest Management (IPM), leaving zero chemical residues and remaining safe for beneficial organisms. BRUTUS is a Bt-based biological insecticide that controls caterpillar pests safely and effectively.
