Applications

 :
  • Pneumatic Tools : The BTALI air compressor head powers a range of pneumatic tools like spray guns, nailers, and impact wrenches, making it suitable for mechanical, carpentry, and painting work.
  • Inflation : It is used for inflating tires, sports equipment, and air mattresses, catering to both automotive and domestic needs.
  • Cleaning : The strong airflow is leveraged for cleaning machinery, equipment, and workspaces in workshops and industrial sites.
  • Painting : The oil-free, clean air output is ideal for precision spray painting, including automotive and furniture finishing, where air quality is critical.
  • Healthcare and Food Packaging : Due to its oil-free operation, it is applied in sensitive environments like healthcare facilities and food packaging industries that require contaminant-free compressed air.

Usage

 :
  • Mounting the Head : Place the head assembly onto the compressor, making sure the gasket and mounting holes align properly.
  • Bolt Tightening : First, tighten the main head bolts in a cross-sequence to a torque, then additionally turn each bolt by 90 degrees to securely seat them.
  • Attaching Peripheral Parts : Attach all other fittings such as the air line, making sure all connections are tight and gaskets are in place.
  • Final Check: After assembly, check for leaks by briefly pressurizing the compressor and inspecting all joints and connections.
  • Cover and Power: Replace any protective covers and ensure the power connection is properly and safely made.
Maintenance
  1. Regularly clean the compressor head and cooling fins.

  2. Inspect all connections and fittings for air leaks.

  3. Check and tighten mounting bolts using cross-sequence tightening.

  4. Monitor motor for overheating and inspect electrical wiring.

  5. Ensure cooling fan is working and clean fan blades.

  6. Clean or replace air filters regularly.

  7. Inspect valves and seals for wear; replace if needed.

  8. No oil changes required; check moving parts for smooth operation.

  9. Test pressure switch, safety valves, and gauges regularly.

  10. Store in a dry, clean place when not in use; cover to protect from dust.

Precautionary Guidance
  • Always operate the compressor within the specified voltage and pressure limits.

  • Do not use the compressor in wet or damp conditions to avoid electrical hazards.

  • Ensure all connections and fittings are securely tightened before use.

  • Avoid blocking the cooling fan or air vents to prevent overheating.

  • Never tamper with or bypass safety valves and pressure switches.

  • Allow the compressor to cool down before performing any maintenance or inspection.

  • Use the compressor only for its intended applications to prevent damage.

  • Keep the compressor away from flammable materials and sources of ignition.

  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) like gloves and eye protection.

  • Disconnect the power supply before cleaning, servicing, or making adjustments.
