Usage
:1. Preparation :
- Gather all necessary materials including the capsule filling machine, empty Size 5 capsules, and the powder you wish to fill.
2. Assemble the Machine :
- Place the capsule filling machine on a flat surface.
- Ensure that all parts are clean and dry before use.
3. Separate Capsule Halves :
- Open the empty capsules by separating the two halves (the body and the cap).
- Place the larger half (body) into the designated holes of the filling machine.
4. Fill with Powder :
- Pour your powder into the filling tray of the machine.
- Use the powder spreader to spread and pack the powder evenly into each capsule body.
5. Leveling :
- After filling, use a card to scrape off excess powder from the top of each filled capsule body for a neat finish.
6. Cap Capsules :
- Carefully place the smaller half (cap) onto each filled capsule body.
- Press down gently but firmly to ensure they are securely closed.
7. Remove Capsules :
- Once all capsules are filled and capped, gently remove them from the machine.
- Inspect each capsule for proper sealing and fill level.
Maintenance :
- Cleaning : After each use, disassemble the machine and clean all parts with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly to remove any soap residue and allow to dry completely before reassembling.
- Inspection : Regularly inspect the machine for any signs of wear or damage, particularly on the acrylic components.
