Usage
:User Instructions :
- Safety : Ensure the generator is cold and the fuel valve is turned OFF.
- Access : Remove the side maintenance panel of the silent generator.
- Remove Old Carb : Unbolt the air filter assembly. Disconnect the stepper motor wire and fuel line from the old carburetor. Unbolt the carburetor from the engine block.
- Install New Carb : Place the new gaskets. Mount the new carburetor onto the studs. Reconnect the fuel line and stepper motor wire.
- Finish : Reattach the air filter assembly and side panel. Turn on the fuel and pull the starter cord.
Maintenance :
- Regular Use : Run the generator at least once a month to prevent fuel from drying inside the carburetor jets.
- Fuel Storage : If storing the generator for more than 30 days, drain the fuel from the carburetor bowl using the drain screw to prevent "gumming" and clogging.
- Clean Fuel : Always use fresh, clean petrol to avoid blocking the tiny internal needles.
- Filter Check : Ensure the generator's air filter is clean; a dirty air filter can foul the carburetor.
