Description
A Carrot Juice Machine can be used to make carrots juiced from fresh carrots. This juice making machine can automatically finish the process of milling, extracting juice and de-slagging. The motor drives the transmission shaft to rotate using grinding blades using a worm gear reducer to mill carrots into small particles by crushing the force generated by the motor. The crushed material then moves into the extracting device through the feeding hopper for a pressing function. During this process, the juice will be extracted from crushed materials by pressing force generated by a screw auger rotating the driven by power; meanwhile, the pulp will move forward through the outlet hopper into the de-slagging device where it will be discharged automatically after de-slagging. Finally, the pure juice flows out from the outlet valve.
