The Abrigo AB-22 Class A Full Body Safety Harness paired with the AB531 Double Lanyard and Energy Absorber system is designed to provide complete fall protection and shock absorption for workers at heights. Built from high-tenacity polyester webbing with contrasting stitching, the harness features adjustable chest and thigh straps alongside a forged steel dorsal D-ring and an integrated impact indicator. The AB531 lanyard system includes a 1.8-meter, 12mm polypropylene (PP) double-rope construction, an integrated tear-webbing energy absorber, a screw-locking karabiner, and two alloy steel scaffolding hooks. The energy absorber expands during a fall to cushion impact forces to safe levels, while the dual scaffold hooks enable continuous 100% tie-off protection. Certified to IS 3521:1999 standards.

Usage

Lift the harness by its dorsal steel D-ring and untangle any twisted webbing straps.
Put on the shoulder straps, pull the chest strap across, and secure the front buckle.
Bring the thigh straps between the legs, attach the buckles firmly, and adjust for a comfortable, snug fit.
Attach the screw-locking karabiner from the AB531 energy absorber pack directly to the dorsal D-ring on the harness.
Secure the two scaffolding hooks to structural anchor points, alternating hooks while moving to ensure continuous 100% tie-off protection at all times.
