The Abrigo AB-81 Class L Full Body Safety Harness paired with the AB531 Double Lanyard and Energy Absorber system is designed for tower climbing, ladder ascent, and high-altitude fall arrest. Crafted from high-tenacity polyester webbing with contrasting stitching, the harness features forged steel D-rings on both the dorsal (back) and sternal (chest) points, along with an integrated impact indicator and adjustable chest, shoulder, and thigh straps. The AB531 lanyard assembly includes a 1.8-meter, 12mm nylon double-rope construction, an integrated tear-webbing energy absorber pack, a screw-locking steel karabiner, and two heavy-duty scaffolding hooks. During a fall, the energy absorber deploys to absorb deceleration forces, while the dual scaffolding hooks ensure continuous 100% tie-off protection. Certified to IS 3521:1999 standards.

Usage

Lift the harness by its dorsal steel D-ring and untangle any twisted webbing straps.
Step into the thigh loops or slip the shoulder straps over the arms like a jacket.

Connect the screw-locking karabiner from the AB531 energy absorber assembly to either the dorsal or sternal forged steel D-ring.
Secure the two scaffolding hooks to structural anchor points, alternating hooks while climbing to ensure continuous 100% tie-off protection at all times.
