Applications
:- Milk Collection : The primary function of the claw is to collect milk from the udder during the milking process. The claw connects to the inflation liners (also referred to as shells) that are placed on the teats of the cow, goat, or sheep. As milk is drawn from the udder through vacuum pressure created by the milking machine, it flows into the claw and is subsequently directed into a milk line for transport to a storage container.
- Pulsation Control : Milking claws are designed to facilitate pulsation, which is crucial for effective milking. The pulsation system alternates between vacuum and atmospheric pressure around the teat, simulating natural suckling behavior. This action helps prevent teat damage and ensures efficient milk extraction.
