The LuxMed Pass Box Controller is an advanced, electronic control system engineered to manage critical material transfer operations between cleanrooms while completely preventing pressure loss and cross-contamination. This comprehensive kit features an advanced controller-based design packaged alongside two 300LBS padlocks (electromagnetic locks) and two stainless steel (SS) switch sensors providing precise door feedback. Designed with dual operators in mind, the system includes two standalone 20x4 blue backlit LCD display panels—one mounted over each door—to convey continuous real-time status notifications including GO, WAIT, DOOR OPEN, and CLOSE DOOR parameters. To maintain clean zone integrity, the controller activates the work zone's UV lamp exclusively when both doors are confirmed shut, while actively calculating total UV life usage in hours and minutes. Additionally, the motherboard drives internal ventilation fans, fluorescent CF lamps, an adjustable delay timing window between door opening sequences, opposite-door status LEDs, and a protective buzzer alert that sounds if a door remains unsealed past specified limits.
