Usage
:Tawa Seasoning: Before first use, wash the tawa, then apply a thin layer of oil and heat on medium flame to create a non-stick coating.
Dosa Prep: Heat the seasoned tawa, sprinkle water to check temperature, and use a half-cut onion or cloth to spread a little oil before pouring batter.
Cooking: Ladle batter onto the hot tawa and use the double handles for easy rotation, cooking the dosa until golden and crispy.
Flipping/Removing: Use the long, flat stainless steel palta to easily lift and flip the dosa without tearing it.
Cleaning: After use, simply wipe the cooled tawa clean with a cloth; avoid soap to preserve the seasoning and prevent rust.
