The COCS Chinese Single Burner Gas Stove is specially designed for high-heat cooking applications such as Chinese dishes, kadai cooking and fast frying. Built with a heavy-duty mild steel (MS) body and finished in industrial grey, this stove is ideal for commercial kitchens, hotels, restaurants, and catering units. This stove features a Model G9 torch burner with a 9.5 cm burner diameter, producing a powerful, focused flame similar to a torch. This enables rapid heating, better flame control and efficient cooking for dishes requiring intense heat.
