Usage

User Instructions :

Preparation & Safety : Always wear full Personal Protective Equipment (safety glasses, heavy gloves, ear protection, and steel-toe boots). Ensure the work area is clear and stable.
Blade & Water Setup : Ensure the 410mm ring blade is correctly seated on the drive rollers. Connect a water supply hose to the machine's inlet pipe. Ensure water is flowing to the blade area before starting; this is crucial for cooling and dust control.
Power Connection : Plug the machine into a grounded 220V outlet. Grip the handles firmly, ensuring your hands are dry on the anti-slip surfaces.
Starting the Cut : Disengage the safety switch and squeeze the trigger. Allow the saw to reach full 3000 RPM before slowly introducing the blade to the concrete surface.
Cutting Technique : Maintain steady pressure but do not force the saw. Let the 8 HP motor and the diamond blade do the work. Ensure continuous water flow throughout the cut.
Stopping : Release the trigger and wait for the blade to come to a complete stop before removing it from the cut. Turn off the water supply and unplug the unit.

Maintenance :

Immediate Cleaning : Wash down the entire machine immediately after every use to remove concrete slurry before it hardens. Focus on cleaning the drive rollers and blade guide area.
Drive Roller Inspection : Regularly check the rollers that drive the ring blade for signs of wear. Worn rollers can cause blade slippage and should be replaced.
Blade Care : Inspect diamond blades for cracks, missing segments, or warping before each use. Do not use damaged blades.
