Short Description
Commercial Cow Dung Bio Coal Briquetting Machine
15 HP Motor Power, Mild Steel Body
Country of origin: India
Description
The Cow Dung Bio Coal Briquetting machine is a technologically advanced apparatus designed for the efficient conversion of organic waste, particularly cow dung, into renewable energy sources. This machine employs a high-pressure process to compress the biomass into uniform briquettes, which serve as an eco-friendly alternative to traditional fossil fuels. With its robust construction and user-friendly features, it facilitates sustainable waste management while promoting environmental preservation. The briquetting technology not only reduces greenhouse gas emissions but also enhances energy security by providing a sustainable fuel option.
Features
:
Sturdy Construction:The machine is built using high-quality mild steel material, ensuring durability and long-lasting performance even under heavy-duty operations. The rigid design provides stability during operation and reduces wear and tear over time.
High Production Capacity:Production capacity is 250 kilos per hour, making it suitable for both small-scale and large-scale applications. This high output ensures efficient processing of cow dung into usable briquettes in a short amount of time.
Automatic Operation:The machine operates automatically, reducing the need for manual intervention. It features an electric-powered system that simplifies the process, making it user-friendly for operators.
Low Maintenance Requirements: Designed with minimal moving parts and robust components, this machine requires less frequent maintenance. This feature reduces operational costs over time while maintaining consistent performance.
Specification
:

Weight (Approx.) : 650 kg
Motor Power : 15 HP
Phase : Three
Production capacity : 250 Kg/hr
Die Size : 50 mm
Body Material : Mild Steel
Raw Material : Agricultural waste, sawdust and organic waste
Usage
:
Step 1: Prepare the Raw Material
Collect Cow Dung: Gather fresh or dried cow dung from farms or cattle sheds. Ensure that the material is free of stones, plastics, or any non-organic debris.
Drying the Cow Dung: If the cow dung is wet, it must be dried to reduce its moisture content. The ideal moisture level for briquetting is typically between 10% and 15%. Excessive moisture can affect the binding process and reduce the quality of the briquettes.
Crushing (if needed): If there are large clumps in the dried cow dung, crush them into smaller particles for uniformity.
Step 2: Mix with Binding Agents (Optional)
Depending on the type of machine and desired briquette quality, you may need to add a binding agent such as sawdust, straw, or molasses.
Mix thoroughly to ensure even distribution of the binder throughout the material.
Step 3: Feed Material into the Machine
Turn On the Machine: Start by powering up your cow dung briquetting machine according to its operating instructions (electricity-powered or manually operated).
Load Raw Material: Gradually feed prepared cow dung (and any mixed binders) into the hopper or feeding chamber of the machine. Avoid overloading as this could jam the machine. Ensure consistent feeding for uniform output.
Step 4: Compression Process
The machine will compress and mold the raw material into briquettes using high pressure and sometimes heat (depending on whether it’s a hot press or cold press model).
The compression mechanism ensures that air pockets are removed. Heat generated during compression may help in binding particles together.
Maintenance:
Remove Residual Material: After every use, clean the hopper, screw conveyor, compression chamber, and die to remove any residual cow dung or other materials. Accumulated material can harden over time and obstruct the machine’s operation.
Screw Conveyor and Compression Chamber: Apply appropriate lubricants to moving parts like the screw conveyor and compression mechanisms regularly. This reduces friction and wear.
Bearings and Joints: Check all bearings, joints, and rotating parts for dryness or stiffness. Lubricate them with high-quality grease or oil as specified in the machine’s manual.
Avoid Over-Lubrication: Excess lubrication can attract dust and debris, which may lead to clogging.
Applications
:
Renewable Energy Production:Cow dung briquetting machines convert raw cow dung into briquettes, which serve as a renewable energy source. These briquettes can be used for heating and cooking purposes, providing an eco-friendly alternative to fossil fuels. The energy produced from cow dung briquettes is comparable to traditional wood and other biomass fuels, making them suitable for various applications in rural and urban settings.
Waste Management: Utilizing cow dung briquetting machines helps in managing livestock waste effectively. By converting manure into briquettes, farmers can reduce the volume of waste that would otherwise contribute to environmental pollution. This process not only minimizes odors associated with manure but also promotes cleaner farming practices.
Soil Fertility Improvement: The ash produced from burning cow dung briquettes can be used as a natural fertilizer. When the briquettes are burned, they leave behind nutrient-rich ash that can enhance soil fertility when applied to agricultural fields. This application supports sustainable farming practices by returning nutrients back to the soil.
Rural Development and Employment Generation: The establishment of cow dung briquetting facilities can lead to job creation in rural areas, providing employment opportunities for local communities. This development supports economic growth and encourages sustainable practices within the agricultural sector.
