Description
The Lakshmi L-108 Electric Driven Cream Separator is a high-capacity 550 LPH milk processing machine engineered for long-lasting performance. Constructed with a mild steel bowl (top and bottom) and a special material bowl nut, it utilizes food-grade stainless steel 304 for its bowl discs, float, milk receiving tank, and single-piece seamless milk and sour spouts.Powered by a 1/2 HP high-torque electric motor (220V, 1PH, 50 Hz) running at 7000 RPM, the separator features a dynamically balanced bowl with zero lubrication requirements. Its flat belt drive system with clutch pulley extends motor life, while the absence of friction clutches prevents pad slippage and eliminates the need for a tachometer.
Features
:- Manufactured with a mild steel bowl (top & bottom), stainless steel 304 bowl disc, single-piece seamless spout set, float, and milk receiving tank.
- Features a dynamically balanced bowl that requires no lubrication.
- Driven by a 0.5 HP high torque motor paired with a flat belt drive and clutch pulley for long-lasting motor life.
- Eliminates friction clutches entirely, removing slippage from worn-out friction pads and making a tachometer unnecessary.
- Supplied with standard spare parts including an instructional manual, brush, disc washing bowl, bowl holder strap, cream screw key, spanners, rubber rings, and foundation bolts/nut.
Applications
:- Large-scale milk cream separation handling up to 550 liters per hour in commercial dairies.
- Skimming strained fresh milk pre-heated between 30 degree Celsius to 40 degree Celsius.
- Separating sour milk at controlled temperatures ranging from 25 degree Celsius to 40 degree Celsius.
- High-speed continuous cream processing using a 0.5 HP electric motor operating at 7000 RPM.
- Hygienic discharge of milk and sour liquid using single-piece seamless SS304 spouts.
Usage
:- Strain fresh whole milk thoroughly before filling it into the SS304 milk receiving tank.
- Maintain fresh milk input temperature at 30 degree Celsius - 40 degree Celsius or sour milk at 25 degree Celsius - 40 degree Celsius.
- Connect the unit to a single-phase 220V, 50 Hz power connection.
- Start the 1/2 HP high torque motor to drive the dynamically balanced bowl to 7000 RPM.
- Collect skimmed milk and cream continuously from the seamless stainless steel spouts.
Maintenance
:- Clean the SS304 bowl discs, float, and receiving tank thoroughly after each run using the provided cleaning brush and disc washing bowl.
- Use the included bowl holder strap, cream screw key, and spanners for safe disassembly.
- Check and replace the bowl rubber ring and throw-off color rubber ring whenever worn.
- Inspect the flat belt drive and clutch pulley routinely to ensure long-lasting motor performance without lubricating internal bowl parts.
- Ensure the unit is firmly anchored to the floor using the supplied foundation bolts and nuts.
