The Weldways CUT100P is a high-performance, heavy-duty, and portable air plasma cutting machine featuring an integrated built-in air compressor. Engineered with advanced IGBT inverter technology, it provides high-frequency, non-touch arc starting for clean, precise, and dross-free cutting. It operates on a 220V ±15% three-phase power supply and provides an output current range of 20 – 100A with an 85% efficiency rating and an IP21S protection class rating. Capable of cutting all conductive metals—including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper—it offers a clean cut up to 20mm with its built-in compressor and up to 25mm with an external air compressor, reaching a severance thickness of up to 30mm. It also features a digital display for current monitoring, along with integrated over-current, over-heat, and air pressure protection systems.
