Description
One of the power equipment made especially for demolishing the structure is the demolition hammer. It also goes by the name "stomping hammers." The equipment used in demolition are powerful enough to destroy a variety of materials, including tile floors, concrete, and wooden walls.
Features
:- High-Power Performance : A 1700W motor delivers robust power capable of breaking down heavy masonry and concrete structures.
- Heavy-Duty Weight : Weighing approximately 25kg, this tool provides significant downward force, allowing gravity to assist in the breaking process.
- Rapid Impact : Delivers 1900 blows per minute (BPM), ensuring fast and efficient material removal.
- Continuous Operation : Equipped with a switch lock button that allows for continuous running without holding the trigger, reducing finger fatigue.
- Versatile Breaking : Capable of handling a max diameter of 30mm, suitable for various heavy-duty demolition applications.
Applications
:- Structural Demolition : Destroying concrete walls, pillars, and foundations on construction sites.
- Floor Removal : Breaking up tile floors, screed, and stone slabs during renovation.
- Wood & Masonry : Demolishing wooden walls and brick structures efficiently.
- Civil Works : Breaking pavement or asphalt for road repairs and utility trenching.
Usage
:User Instructions :
- Safety Gear : Wear safety goggles, heavy gloves, ear protection, and steel-toed boots.
- Bit Installation : Insert the appropriate 30mm chisel bit into the chuck and ensure it is locked securely.
- Positioning : Place the tip of the tool against the material to be broken. Hold both handles firmly.
- Operation : Press the trigger to start. For long duration work, engage the Switch Lock Button to keep the tool running automatically.
- Technique : Apply steady downward pressure. Let the 25kg weight of the hammer do the work; do not force it.
- Movement : Break material in small sections, moving from the edge inward to prevent the chisel from binding.
Maintenance :
- Lubrication : Regularly check the oil or grease reservoir. Top up with the recommended lubricant to keep the hammer mechanism running smoothly.
- Carbon Brushes : Inspect carbon brushes periodically. Replace them if they are worn down to avoid damaging the motor.
- Cleaning : After use, wipe down the machine and blow compressed air through the vents to remove concrete dust.
- Tightening : The high vibration (1900 BPM) can loosen screws. Check and tighten all visible fasteners regularly.
