  • Prepare the Ink and Pad: Select the appropriate ink for your material and fill the ink cup. Mount the silicone pad onto the pad holder. Ensure the pad size and shape are suitable for your design and the object's surface.
  • Create the Cliché (Printing Plate): A cliché, which is an etched metal or polymer plate with your desired design, is required. Place the cliché onto the machine's cliché holder and secure it.
  • Ink Application: The machine will automatically spread ink over the cliché and then wipe off the excess with a doctor blade, leaving ink only in the etched areas of your design.
  • Ink Transfer to Pad: The silicone pad will then pick up the ink from the cliché.
  • Position the Substrate: Secure the object to be printed onto the worktable or a fixture designed for your specific item, ensuring it is precisely positioned under the printing pad.
  • Initiate Printing: Start the printing cycle. The pad will move down and transfer the ink onto the object's surface with controlled pressure.
  • Repeat: For multiple prints, ensure each object is correctly positioned before initiating the printing cycle.
