Usage

• Setup: Place the bhatti on a stable, level surface and plug it into the appropriate electrical outlet.

• Heat: Turn the thermostat knob to your desired cooking temperature and allow the thick 10mm plate to heat up completely (this will take a few minutes).

• Cook: Lightly oil the hot plate, then pour and spread your dosa batter. Cook until the dosa is golden brown and crispy.

• Clean: Turn off the power and let the plate cool before scraping off any residue and wiping it clean with a damp cloth.
