Description
The Toshweld CUT 70 L is a heavy-duty, high-performance industrial air plasma cutting machine designed to provide extremely accurate and clean metal parting in a variety of job site power conditions. This sophisticated device, which is powered by a high-efficiency IGBT Inverter System, has intelligent dual-voltage sensing that enables it to function flawlessly on either a typical single-phase 230V line or a two-phase 315V input. With a high no-load voltage of 240V and a dynamic adjustable output current range of 20 to 70 Amps, it readily creates a steady, continuous plasma cutting arc. This small device, which weighs a reasonable 17 kg, creates thin, low-slag cuts on carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper plates with thicknesses ranging from 0.3 mm to 12.0 mm.

Usage
:- Before hardwiring the input mains cable, make sure your office power line configuration corresponds to a single-phase 230V or two-phase 315V supply.
- Establish a constant intake flow between 4 and 5 kg of pressure by connecting a dry, moisture-free compressed air line to the rear regulator valve.
- Turn the connector clockwise to lock it down after firmly coupling the gas-electric plasma torch lead to the assigned front terminal interface.
- A shiny, ground-out area of your target metal sheet that is completely free of paint, scale, or grease should be where you fasten the grounding return clamp.
- To determine the optimal amperage for your plate depth, turn the main rear breaker to the "ON" position, check the digital ammeter screen, and turn the center dial.
