Usage

 :
  • Setup : Place the fryer on a stable surface, and connect it to both the gas supply (for gas operation) and the electric power source (for electric operation).
  • Fill Oil : Fill both pans with the recommended amount of oil (up to the max fill line).
  • Power On : For electric operation: Turn on the electric controls and set the desired temperature. For gas operation: Light the gas burner and adjust the flame to the required temperature.
  • Preheat : Allow the fryer to preheat until it reaches the desired temperature (monitor using the temperature controls).
  • Add Food : Place food into the frying baskets and lower them into the oil carefully.
  • Fry : Let the food cook for the required time, turning or stirring as needed.
  • Remove Food : Once fried, lift the basket out and drain excess oil.
  • Turn Off : After use, turn off both the gas and electric functions and allow the fryer to cool down before cleaning.
  • Clean : After cooling, drain the oil and clean both the pans and fryer body with warm, soapy water.
