Usage

• 1. Setup: Place the bhatti on a stable, level surface. Plug it into a standard electrical outlet.
• 2. Heating: Turn the thermostat knob to your desired cooking temperature. Allow the 10mm thick plate to heat up completely, which may take a few minutes.
• 3. Cooking: Lightly oil the hot plate, then pour and spread your dosa batter. Cook until the dosa is golden brown and crispy.
• 4. Serving & Cleaning: Fold the dosa and remove it with a spatula. Turn off the power and let the plate cool before scraping off any residue and wiping it clean with a damp cloth.
