Usage
:Preparation: Place the sealer on a level, dry surface and plug it into a standard electrical outlet.
Setting the Timer: Adjust the timer knob according to the film thickness; start with a lower setting to avoid melting the bag.
Positioning: Place the open end of the plastic bag across the silicon rubber heating element, ensuring no wrinkles are present.
Sealing Action: Firmly press down the handle. The red LED light will illuminate, indicating the heating process has started.
Cooling Phase: Keep the handle pressed for an additional 1–2 seconds after the light goes out to allow the seal to set and harden.
Maintenance: Periodically check the Teflon cloth for wear and tear; replace it if it becomes burnt or damaged to maintain seal quality.
