It features an extra-clear transparent appearance that resists UV degradation and yellowing over time, making it ideal for maintaining the pristine aesthetics of treated surfaces. Formulated with a user-friendly 2:1 mixing ratio, this smooth filling paste behaves as a non-sag gel on vertical or overhead structures while remaining moisture tolerant and highly elastic after curing. It maintains exceptional load-bearing strength and flexibility across intense thermal swings, successfully preventing stone dehydration, cracking, or staining.

Applications

Usage
:- Thoroughly clean, degrease, and slightly roughen the surfaces to be bonded to maximize adhesion.
- Use two separate clean spatulas to extract Component A and Component B to avoid cross-contamination in the containers.
- Thoroughly mix 2 parts of Component A with 1 part of Component B until a completely uniform and homogeneous blend is achieved.
- Apply the blended epoxy gel paste onto the prepared bonding surface using a spatula, ensuring the layer is greater than 1 millimeter for precise sensitive areas.
- If metallic surfaces are being joined, grind the metal shortly before adhesive application to prevent rapid oxidation and loss of bond strength.
- Complete the structural application within the 45-minute pot life before the mixture begins its gelling phase.
Maintenance
:- Securely tighten and close the caps of Component A and Component B immediately after use to prevent ambient moisture absorption.
- Store the product containers in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated space away from direct heat or open flames.
- Clean any leftover unhardened tools or excess adhesive overflow using an organic solvent like acetone immediately after application.
