Usage
:
Choose the Right Location : Place the foot sealer on a flat, stable surface that is free from liquids and flammable materials.
Prepare the Bag : Select a heat-sealable bag appropriate for your product. Ensure the bag is clean and free of debris. Position the bag flat over the sealing area without any wrinkles or folds.
Adjust the Sealing Time : Set the timer on the sealer according to the thickness of your bag. Test with a sample bag if necessary.
Seal the Bag : Place your foot on the pedal to lower the sealing jaw onto the bag. Maintain pressure until you see an indicator light turn off, signaling that sealing is complete.
Cool and Inspect : Allow the seal to cool for a few seconds before releasing pressure. Check the seal for any defects or leaks to ensure it is airtight.
Maintenance :
Regular Cleaning : After each use, wipe down the sealer to remove any excess bag material or food debris that may have accumulated on the seal bars.
