Usage
:
Connect to Gas: Ensure proper gas connection by a qualified technician.
Fill Water Baths: Add water to the outer compartments of both bain marie pots. Do not overfill.
Place Food: Put your pre-cooked food in the inner containers (gastronorm pans or similar) and place them inside the water baths.
Ignite Burners: Turn the gas knobs and light the burners underneath each water bath. Adjust the flame to gently heat the water.
Maintain Heat: Monitor the water temperature (not boiling) to keep the food warm without overcooking. Adjust the gas flow as needed.
Serve: Ladle or serve food from the inner containers.
Turn Off Gas: When finished, turn off the gas knobs.
Cool and Clean: Allow to cool before draining the water and cleaning the stainless steel components.
