Description
The GNAT 1 HP Oil Free Air Compressor is a high-performance, precision-engineered compressed air solution designed explicitly for environment-critical setups that demand 100% oil-free and contaminant-free air. Operating at a peaceful sound level of 65 dBA, this machine runs cleaner and much quieter than standard lubricated industrial pumps. Equipped with a powerful 1 HP motor, it provides smooth air displacement options ranging across multiple tank configurations (25L, 50L, and 70L). Its oil-free reciprocating piston technology minimizes friction-related wear and eliminates the cost of purchasing oil or specialized oil filters, optimizing operational uptime for professional environments.
Features
:- 100% Oil-Free Delivery: Delivers pristine, pure, and dry compressed air with zero risk of oil contamination or workflow staining.
- Ultra-Quiet Operation: Runs smoothly at an ultra-low noise level of 65 dBA, making it perfect for indoor and noise-sensitive workplace installations.
- Flexible Tank Storage: Designed with versatility in mind, supporting 25L, 50L, and 70L tank capacities depending on user consumption patterns.
- High Efficiency Displacement: Outputs a rapid air displacement rate of 81 LPM (3.2 CFM) ensuring rapid pressure recovery and steady airflow.
- Durable Design: Built with premium components ensuring a longer lifespan and heavy-duty workflow endurance.
Applications
:- Dental Clinics: Powers pneumatic dental chairs, scaling instruments, and handpieces without introducing harmful moisture or oil vapors.
- Medical Laboratories: Ideal for oxygen-enrichment systems, clean rooms, and biomedical diagnostic machinery.
- Pharmaceutical Industries: Used during clean-room processing, automated tablet packing, and chemical batch mixing.
- Food Processing & Beverage Handling: Supports food-grade packaging, sorting, and pneumatic bottling valves where purity is mandatory.
- Electronics Manufacturing: Provides clean, dry air for blowing away fine dust from sensitive circuit boards and micro components.
Usage
:- Position the compressor on a leveled floor surface in a well-ventilated, indoor area.
- Attach your professional pneumatic equipment or hoses tightly to the main air outlet ball valve.
- Plug the machine into a compatible AC single-phase standard outlet and turn on the automatic pressure switch.
- Allow the compressor pump to fill the internal 25L/50L/70L steel tank until it safely cuts off at the 8 Bar maximum pressure limit.
- Bleed out moisture by turning the bottom manual drain valve at the end of each work cycle to ensure continuous tank purity.
Maintenance
:- Open the bottom storage tank moisture-drain cock regularly (ideally daily or after every long shift) to release accumulated water condensed from atmospheric air.
- Inspect the dry-piston intake air filters every month and clear out accumulated dust or particulate debris; replace filters annually or if visibly clogged.
- Visually check the high-pressure structural fittings, safety relief valves, and automatic pressure switch connections periodically to eliminate slow leaks.
- Clean the external motor cooling fins with a soft dry cloth or low-pressure blower to prevent any ambient heat building up over extended runs.
