Usage
:- Alignment: Fasten the KCW-04 to the chop saw arbor, making sure the rotational direction corresponds with the machine's arrow.
- Set up the workpiece by firmly clamping the metal. Never try to bundle several pieces or chop loose material without a specialized vice.
- Start-Up: Before the wheel comes into touch with the metal, start the machine and allow it to attain its maximum speed.
- Cutting Motion: Make a steady, continuous downward motion. Because the Gold Series grains are made to cut with minimal force, you can let the wheel do the work.
- Final Polish: Allow centrifugal force to cool the disc by keeping the machine running for ten seconds following the cut.
