Usage

• Installation and Wiring: Securely install the machine on a concrete or stable base. Ensure the 5 HP single-phase motor is wired correctly with appropriate gauge cables and a reliable circuit protection system.
• Feed Preparation: Pre-clean the raw paddy to remove stones, chaff, and large foreign objects before pouring it into the large-capacity feeding hopper.
• Power On: Start the 5 HP motor and allow the machine to reach its full operating speed before introducing the paddy into the milling chamber.
• Continuous Feeding: Maintain a steady flow of paddy from the hopper into the machine to ensure consistent milling pressure and optimal output.
• Monitoring Output: Continuously monitor the quality of the white rice discharged to check for adequate polishing and minimal broken grains.
