Usage

Connect the spray gun to an air compressor regulating line pressure between 2.0 and 3.5 Bar.
Fill the 600cc gravity cup with properly thinned paint or clear coat.
Adjust the fluid control knob and pattern adjustment valve to achieve the desired spray width (180–250mm).
Hold the spray gun perpendicular to the work surface at a distance of 15–20 cm and pull the trigger evenly across passes.

Maintenance

Clean the fluid nozzle, air cap, and gravity cup thoroughly with a solvent or thinners immediately after every use.
Never submerge the entire spray gun body in cleaning solvent to protect internal seals.
Inspect the 1.4mm nozzle tip regularly for clogs; clean using a soft brush, never metal needles.
Lightly lubricate the trigger pivot and fluid needle springs periodically with air tool oil.
