Description
The Ajanta 5HP Single-Phase Gravy Machine is a monstrously powerful food processing unit designed for users who require extreme industrial grinding capacity but do not have access to a three-phase power connection. Engineered with a custom-wound, high-torque 5-horsepower single-phase motor, this machine is capable of processing massive volumes of wet ingredients—including tomatoes, onions, ginger, garlic, and soaked nuts—into a silk-smooth paste at an incredible speed. Built with heavy-duty, food-grade stainless steel, it is a "plug-and-play" industrial solution for massive catering units, base kitchens, and small-scale food manufacturing plants.
Features
:- Ultra-Powerful 5HP Motor: High-torque, heavy-duty induction motor designed for non-stop industrial grinding without loss of RPM or overheating.
- High-Volume Output: Capable of processing significantly larger quantities per hour compared to 1HP models, dramatically reducing prep time for large batches.
- Advanced Cutting Blade System: Hardened, stay-sharp stainless steel blades designed to shear through tough fibers and dense nuts like cashews or almonds with ease.
Applications
:Restaurant Curry Bases: Ideal for preparing bulk quantities of tomato, onion, and cashew-based gravies for North Indian and Mughlai cuisines.
Ginger-Garlic Paste Production: Perfect for high-speed pulping of ginger and garlic, a staple requirement in almost all commercial kitchens.Ginger-Garlic Paste Production: Perfect for high speed pulping of ginger and garlic, a staple requirement in almost all commercial kitchens.
