Description
This Trolley mounted kit suitably designed for workshops, garages or shop floor. This complete kit is intended to facilitate and streamline lubrication jobs that you have to carry out.
Features
:- 50:1 Air Operated Grease Pump: The performance is excellent, offering powerful consistent lubrication for your task needs.
- Steel Drum Cover: 15" (381 mm) cover prevents contamination of your grease while securing the pump in the vertical direction
- Rubber Lined Follower Plate: Designed for wiping off grease from container walls & eliminate air pockets
- Grease Control Valve: It is fitted with an innovative 360° Z swivel which gives you precise handling and free-flow dispensing thereby saving time
- Connecting Hose: The grease transporting of 84″ x 1/4″ ID hose with 2 m long pipe
- Filter-Regulator Combination & Lubricator (FRCLM): A miniature unit that features 1/4” port size has a 40-micron filter for smooth operation and reliable supply of lubricants and also comes in handy with a regulator for precise pressure regulation as well as a lubricator that’s fitted with pressure gauge
- Heavy-Duty Drum Trolley: It is crafted from 4 mm thick steel that has been powder coated for protection purposes and fitted with polyurethane front wheels and rear castors with toe lock makes them mobile
