The Hall Sensor Plate – Long Curved (LONG CUR) is a specialized sensor PCB module engineered explicitly for Brushless DC (BLDC) hub motors. Its unique, elongated curved architecture is tailored to fit seamlessly inside the matching radiused profiles of electric bike and scooter motor housings.
Equipped with three high-precision Hall effect sensors, this board tracks the exact position of the rotor magnets in real-time. This precise tracking allows the motor controller to execute flawless commutation, directly translating to smoother acceleration, minimized motor vibration, and optimized battery efficiency.

Usage
:- Disassemble the hub motor casing safely and carefully desolder the phase lines and old sensor harness.
- Clean the internal mounting seat of any old glue, debris, or solder dross.
- Align the curved profile of the new LONG CUR plate with the internal motor stator slots, ensuring the sensors face the magnets correctly.
- Solder the five-wire Hall harness (+5V, Ground, and 3 Phase Signal lines) securely to the corresponding PCB pads.
- Fix the plate in place using high-temperature motor potting glue or structural adhesive before reassembling the motor casing.
