Usage
:- Make sure the tool is unplugged before disassembling it. Remove the carbon brushes by opening the drill housing.
- Removal: Slide the old stator out of the housing after disconnecting the stator wires from the switch and brush holders.
- Installation: Make sure the alignment notches match the interior casing as you slide the new stator into the housing.
- Wiring: Attach the leads in accordance with the original wiring diagram, which usually shows outputs to brush holders and power input to switches.
- Testing: Put the carbon brushes and housing back together. Perform a "dry run" at low speed to ensure smooth rotation before under-load use.
