Usage
:- Prep: Wear PPE (glasses, hearing protection). Clamp the workpiece securely.
Mount: Unplug the grinder. Install a correctly rated 4" disc and tighten it securely. Attach the side handle.
Start: Hold with two hands. Turn on the grinder before touching the material.
Action: Use a 90° angle for cutting and a 15°-30° angle for grinding. Use light, steady pressure.
Finish: Lift the tool off the work before turning it off. Wait for the disc to stop before setting it down.
Precautionary Guidance
Safety First: ALWAYS wear safety glasses and hearing protection.
Two Hands: Operate with both hands using the side handle for control.
Inspect Discs: Never use damaged, cracked, or undersized discs.
Keep Guards On: Never remove the safety guard.
Avoid Kickback: Do not pinch the disc or grind near edges; keep the disc moving smoothly.
Wait to Stop: Wait for the disc to stop completely before placing the grinder down.
