Usage
:- To load the barrel, unscrew the die-cast head. Until the T-handle latches, pull it back. Use a suitable small cartridge or bulk grease to fill the barrel.
- Assembly: Securely reattach the head to the barrel. To put spring pressure on the lubricant, release the T-handle lock.
- Priming: Pump the lever until all trapped air escapes and grease runs steadily from the coupler after slightly loosening the head-to-barrel connection.
- Connecting: Clean the machine's grease fitting (zerk). The 4-jaw coupler should be pushed directly onto the fitting until it clicks on.
- Pumping: Make consistent strokes using the lever. The high-pressure piston is operating when there is greater resistance than with a typical cannon.
